"Usually Reliable, But One Item Was Off"
My order showed up on time, which I appreciated. I’ve ordered from here before and things have usually been spot on, but this time one of the items wasn’t the one I picked. It wasn’t a huge deal, just a little disappointing since I expected the same accuracy as past orders

"Arrived right on time for the surprise"
I ordered from igp.com for my friend’s birthday and was a little nervous about whether it would reach on time. But it was delivered exactly on the date I selected, with no delay at all. The delivery updates were clear too, so I wasn’t left guessing. The surprise turned out perfectly, and my friend was really happy. I’d definitely recommend it to others, especially if you’re sending something for a special occasion.

"Overseas gift arrived late and tracking wasn’t great"
I sent flowers overseas as a gift and assumed it would all be straightforward, but they ended up arriving 3 days late. I probably jumped to conclusions when the tracking barely moved, but it really didn’t give me much to go on. Support did reply, just slower than I expected. The flowers themselves were fine, but with gifts like this, timing is kind of the whole point. Not sure I’d use them again.

"It was okay, I guess"
The flowers looked nice enough at first, but I’m not sure they were as fresh as I was expecting. Maybe I was being a little picky, but they just didn’t feel that vibrant. The cake was fine too, though nothing really stood out about it. Overall, it was okay for the price, I guess, but I do think it could’ve been better...

"Flowers were not fresh like the website showed"
I ordered flowers from IGP.com for a birthday, and I was confused because the website made them look so fresh and pretty. But when they arrived, some petals were already brown and a few stems were drooping really badly.
It didn’t feel like a fresh bouquet at all, more like something that had been sitting around for days. The website says one thing, but the actual delivery was totally different, so it was really disappointing and I don’t think I’ll order flowers from them again.

The whole refund and replacement process was really frustrating. I didn’t get a proper refund, and the replacement took way too long to arrive... and when it finally did, it wasn’t even useful...

"Save your time if tracking matters to you"
I ordered a gift from IGP.com the tracking was frustrating. It kept showing the same status for ages and then suddenly changed out of nowhere. I had to keep checking again and again, and still had no clear idea when it would actually arrive. The gift did get delivered in the end, but if you’re someone who likes proper tracking updates, save your time and be prepared for a confusing experience.

The price looked good at first, but once I got to checkout, extra fees suddenly showed up. I also expected a quicker response when I reached out about it, so the whole experience was frustrating.

The gift itself was fine, but the delivery experience was disappointing. The delivery guy kept calling and sounded annoyed when I asked if he could wait just 5 minutes. In the end, he left it with security and didn’t really explain properly, which kind of ruined the surprise. I’ve had better experiences before, so this just felt like the service used to be better.

Ordered a gift from igp it felt worth the money. The delivery was on time and the quality was good too. Any delay with gifts can feel totally avoidable, so I was glad everything went smoothly.

"Support helped, but the timing was frustrating"
I had a problem with my order and support did eventually get back to me, but the timing was annoying. I was waiting around longer than I expected, which made the whole thing more stressful than it needed to be. They did fix the issue in the end, but quicker replies would’ve made a big difference

The items themselves were okay, nothing amazing but not bad either, but the late delivery kind of ruined the whole thing for me. It was supposed to be a gift, so timing mattered, and once it arrived late it just didn’t feel the same. I wish the shipping had been more reliable.

I ordered a gift from igp.com the site was simple to use 🙂 Finding what I wanted and adding it to the cart was straightforward, so I didn’t really have any confusion there.

The only thing I noticed was that a few pages took a bit longer to load, and the filters could be more helpful. But overall, it was still a good experience and I’d give it 4 stars.

I know it’s kind of a small thing, but the packaging actually stood out to me. The gift arrived safely, nothing was bent or damaged, and everything looked neat when I opened it. I was a little worried at first because deliveries can be hit or miss, but this one came in great shape. Overall, happy with it.

I’m always a little nervous ordering personalized stuff online because I worry it won’t look like the picture or I’ll get fooled by a bad print. Thankfully, the name on the mug came out right and it looked good overall. The only thing is the color was a bit duller than I expected.

I ordered a gift from IGP.com and it did reach on time and everything was fine with the delivery, but the message card was just a little disappointing because one word was missing and the spacing looked kind of weird, so even though it wasn’t a major problem, it made the whole gift feel a bit less personal than I wanted it to, and I just hope they double-check the card text more carefully next time

"Pretty easy checkout in the end"
I was ordering on igp.com and spent a little time looking around before finally placing the order. The site was working fine for me, and once I got to the payment part, it went through without any real issue. I also got the confirmation fairly quickly, which was reassuring. Ordered a chocolate cake from igp.com. Delivery came on time, so no issue there, but the cake itself felt a little old and dry. Cream was way too sweet and had that weird fridge smell.

Family still had a small piece, but nobody really enjoyed it. For the price, expected the cake to taste fresher and better
