"I have a complaint regarding the delivery service. Unfortunately, my package was delivered to an unintended recipient, someone who is not the intended recipient."
I recently placed an order for my friend, but it was mistakenly delivered to someone else instead of the intended recipient. Additionally, I had requested for the order to be delivered on a specific date, but it arrived earlier than expected. The employee from the third-party company, Blue Dart, who delivered my order did not even attempt to contact the recipient. The customer care representatives are now explaining that the early delivery was meant to be a surprise, but I did not want any surprise element. My main expectation was for the order to be delivered on time and to the correct recipient, with proper communication. Unfortunately, this is the second time I have encountered this issue. Therefore, I strongly advise against ordering from IGP as they have a tendency to either deliver late, deliver early, or deliver to someone unrelated to the recipient.

"The delivery is always delayed."
I made two orders and neither of them were delivered on time. The delivery and customer service were absolutely terrible.

"The unicorn cake was completely melted upon delivery."
The delivery was extremely delayed, to the point where the unicorn horn resembled an elephant trunk. The white chocolate began to melt and flow. Additionally, no hammer was provided, forcing me to use something else to break open the cake, which completely diminished its charm. The cake description failed to mention the weight of the unicorn-shaped ball and the cake inside, causing confusion and leading me to order another cake to make up for the insufficient quantity of the unicorn cake. It's quite disappointing. I have attached photos of all the issues, except for the unavailable hammer. My order ID is 9703855, and I had ordered the Unicorn Pinata Cake (1Kg).

"I was extremely disappointed."
I placed an order for 10 orange gerberas, but I was informed that they only had 5 available. As a result, they substituted them with 5 white ones.

The delivery was supposed to arrive between 9 am and 1 pm, but it didn't arrive until 5 pm.

Unfortunately, all of the flowers were dead.

"I had a really terrible experience with IGP."
The cake was delivered two hours behind schedule and did not justify its price. I had purchased a "happy birthday" cake topper for 95 dollars, but found a larger and better quality one at the nearby supermarket for only 70 dollars. Despite its hefty price tag of 850 dollars, the cake was dry and poorly baked in comparison to the 400 Rs white forest cake from the nearby bakery. A company cannot solely rely on fancy names, concepts, and high prices to make a sale; it must also deliver on quality. This was not a satisfactory first experience.

"The service provided is highly unreliable."
I am extremely disappointed with the package I was expecting to receive on May 16th, as it has still not been delivered. The lack of support and organization is appalling - no one answers the phone and the responses I do receive are very generic. (Order *******) It is frustrating to see them trying to shift the blame onto Bluedart for the delayed delivery, despite their supposed partnership.
